{Taco Soup}

This has got to be one of my favorite soups EVER! I had it the first time I went to visit Corey's family in Utah and his grandma Hilton made it for us while we were there :) So I have to give credit to her!!
This makes a TON of soup...enough to have leftovers for a few days...and is super easy! 

1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans cream of potato soup
3 cans kidney beans
2 can beef broth
1-16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Any veggies you choose!

In a large pan, cook meat thoroughly. Add all ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and sour cream! DELICIOUS!
